Anand College of Education forms an Examination Committee to monitor all examination-related activities at the institution through the Examination Cell. The committee meets twice a semester or more, depending on the exigencies. The members of the committee for the smooth functioning of the examinations and assessments are as follows:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To prepare the academic calendar, which includes date of commencement of classes, date of continuous assessments in theory and practical, dates of uploading of marks in the University portal, etc.
  • Issuing guidelines for continuous assessment tests, monitoring the question paper pattern according to the examining authority’s guidelines, and preparing a plan for arranging examination logistics.
  • Ensuring the tagging of faculty member(s) for each subject for uploading of marks in the portal and the conduct of examination under CCTV surveillance system
  • Prepare guidelines for proper planning of practical schools, guidelines for the structure of project work reports, and guidelines for thesis work for undergraduate-level and postgraduate-level programs in consultation with the concerned HOD.
  • Regularly monitor the University’s/Board examination system and keep the institution updated on the current requirements/notifications/guidelines/instructions issued by the University/Board from time to time and successfully comply with them.
  • Monitor the Digital Evaluation system of the university by the tagged faculty.
  • Monitor the process of Registration/Enrolment/Examination form fill-up of the UG and PG students under the affiliating University and follow-up of the same.
  • Monitor the process of Registration, Enrolment, Examination Form Fill-up in respect of D. Pharm students under the purview of the State Council (WBSCT&VE&SD).
  • Conduct the Theory examination for the odd and even semesters of MAKAUT at the college center under CCTV surveillance and make it accessible to the University authorities, as per the notification issued by the examining authorities.
  • Prepare result analysis and present the same in graphical representation for a quick review.
  • Issue notices for commencement of examinations and preparation of question papers for continuous assessment of theory and practical subjects of the faculty. Plan for a proper seating arrangement in the examination hall(s) as per the rules.
  • Any other examination-related activities as may be assigned by the authorities.
